Hi, I’m Bethany (but most people call me Beth), and I’m the artist behind Floral Recall - a little print studio where nature meets nostalgia.

I grew up in Cornwall, surrounded by green fields, wildflower meadows, and leafy neighbourhoods. Later, my partner and I swapped routine for adventure, travelling through tropical rainforests, desert scrubland, and as many botanical gardens as we could find. Wherever I’ve been, plants have followed - or maybe I’ve followed them?

I seem to keep a mental map of plants. A whiff of eucalyptus? Instantly, I’m on a sun-drenched patio with my family in Australia. A cherry tomato plant? That’s my Grandad, clear as day. Flowers and plants have this sneaky way of holding onto memories, and that’s exactly what I try to capture in my lino-prints.

Now I live in East London with my partner and our amazing daughter. Life is fast here, but carving out time (and lino) helps me slow down and reconnect with those quiet, flower-filled moments.

I make hand-printed pieces that feel warm, familiar, and a little bit nostalgic - whether they remind you of a favourite place, a person, or just a feeling. Because the best memories deserve to be pressed, printed, and remembered.
